Old Rajender Nagar is a very comfortable area for upsc students or any other person to love here it's located in the centre of Delhi

One of the best located area in Delhi and yet highly affordable Delhi's best hospitals, schools at walkable distances , connaught place and railway station at barely 4 kms, airport just around 10-12 kms. It is absolutely the centre of Delhi, borders almost about 20 kms from all side ! !

Old Rajendra Nagar is the first housing complex developed by Govt of India in 1950. It is surrounded by green ridge on one side and Indian agriculture institute (PUSA) on other side. Salwan public school in 100metres and Sir Ganga Ram hospital is 300 metres away from this location.

NBCC will plan and execute the work in coordination with DDA, replacing ageing residential units with planned housing and optimising land use in line with current planning norms.

In a separate supplementary MoU, DDA extended NBCC’s role as project management consultant for Bharat Vandana Park in Sector 20, Dwarka, under construction for around five years. NBCC will handle interim operations and maintenance during the park’s phased opening, select and onboard an O&M agency, and provide implementation support for two years after onboarding, including a one-year defect liability period.
