Wazirpur Industrial Area is developed industrial area in the heart of Delhi, located very near metro station and other main whole sale market.Till now the rent and price of properties here are very low as compare to other areas.

Review of Sector XU-II, Greater Noida
Future prospects are very good here. Metro work has been started so Sector XU-II is connected by good metro network in future and moreover it is now connected by Ghaziabad link road. Wide roads connectivity, 24 hours water and water supply. Boundary wall work has been started and Sector XU-II becomes well guarded gated complex. Independent house can be expanded up to two stories in future.
