Sector XU-III,C Block is at isolated place but with 10 yrs horizon in mind it would be a great investment. Presently not being safe to reside nor occupied in future if metro or other mode of communication come in this are it will further increase the value

Sector XU-III,C Block rate is held back by vested interest brokers. They will discourage and would like to grab it at the lowest rate. Construction is good suitable for 3 storey vertical expansion. Metro terminus is planned near Ajayabpur railway station( 1 km from block-C), likely to be operational by march 2017. After metro connectivity property rate for this sector will rise by 150%. Integrated Industrial Complex in 700 acres ( already acquired) with employment potential for 60000 workers, is likely to be operational by 2017-18, is on opposite side of external road outside sector on C block side. Quality of most of the high rise buildings are such that these will not last more than 25 years.

  • Possession is yet to be given by GINDA, so not occupied
