Residents of Paras Tierea alleged that the newly elected apartment owners association (AOA) has arbitrarily increased charges for common area maintenance (CAM) and diesel generator (DG) usage. A registrar stayed the revised charges.

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) ordered day-to-day maintenance at Supertech’s Ecociti in Sector 137 and 34 Pavilion in Sector 34, Noida, to be handed over to their registered apartment owners’ associations within 30 days. The transfer will give residents control of essential services and upkeep through their elected bodies. A bench led by chairperson Ashok Bhushan and technical member Barun Mitra directed YG Estates Facilities Management Pvt Ltd to complete the handover under supervision.

Aqua Line inaugurated January 2019, stretches 29.7 km from Sector 51 in Noida to Depot station in Greater Noida. Covers 21 stations: 15 in Noida, 6 in Greater Noida. Key stations include Sector 51, NSEZ, Sector 142, Knowledge Park II, Pari Chowk. End-to-end journey takes 40–45 minutes; trains reach up to 80 km/h. Operates 6:00 am to 10:00 pm with trains every 7–10 minutes during peak hours. Fares range Rs 10–50 depending on distance; smart card users get discounts. Four air-conditioned coaches per train with electronic displays, CCTV, platform screen doors at key stations. All stations IGBC Platinum-certified.

Connects indirectly to Delhi Metro at Sector 51 (walkway to Blue Line's Sector 52). Upcoming Botanical Garden extension will link to Blue and Magenta lines.

Proposed extensions: 17.4 km from Sector 51 to Knowledge Park V (11 new stations), 2.6 km from Depot to Boraki (multi-modal hub connection), 11.6 km from Sector 142 to Botanical Garden (Delhi Metro integration).

Ridership: under 12,000 average daily riders in 2019, over 47,000 in early 2024, single-day record 56,168. Boraki extension projected to attract 60,000 daily users by 2031. Areas near stations like Sector 137, Sector 142, Pari Chowk have witnessed rising demand for residential and commercial spaces with property values increasing.

Following an incident at 'Blipee' daycare in Paras Tierea, Noida, where a minor attendant was found assaulting a toddler, the child welfare committee issued a notice to the RWA of Paras Tierea. An FIR was filed against the daycare owner for assault and child labour violations.

The Noida authority board approved a co-developer proposal for Supertech Limited’s stalled housing projects. Apex proposed to initially infuse ₹500 crore and said it could provide the funds needed to complete and deliver the projects, while also paying authority dues. Noida CEO Lokesh M said the co-developer must pay 25% of total dues to be allowed to work. The proposal is under consideration by the Supreme Court, which is likely to hear the Supertech case on August 13, 2025. Supertech chairman RK Arora said banks had approved the plan and that the Supreme Court’s decision could enable delivery to thousands of homebuyers across 16 projects. Noida approved co-developers for Supertech Capetown in Sector 74, Supertech Romano in Sector 118 and Supertech Ecocity in Sector 137, among others. Greater Noida authority and YEIDA were expected to consider proposals at board meetings that month. Some buyers called for delivery without further cost escalation; others wanted NBCC to take over.
