It lies on Trichy Road and it has straight connecting road to Avinashi Road. It is near by various famous temples, churches etc. A property in Ramanathapuram is always valued high and it is a best buy. Not only for investment but it is very ideal for starting immediate business. The road is always busy and every one approaching east of Coimbatore (Singanallur, Sulur, Palladam) should pass through Ramanathapuram. So all shop here have high visibility. Local bus service is more than enough. People from Nanjundapuram Road, Puliakulam, Sungam, Byepass, Defence Area in Race Course, Sowripalayam etc all come to Ramanathapuram for shopping, hotel, hospitals etc. It has many hospitals like Bala Hospital, NM Hospital, Deepam Hospital, Vennila Homeo Hospital, GEM Hospital, Sathyan Eye Care Hospital, Ayurveda Hospital etc

Coimbatore Announces Traffic Restrictions for Chief Minister’s Visit

Coimbatore will impose traffic diversions on September 30 for Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay’s visit, including a citywide heavy-vehicle ban from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Buses and heavy vehicles entering from Salem, Erode and Tiruppur cannot use Neelambur; they should take Neelambur Bypass, Chinthamanipudur, Ondipudur and Singanallur. Light vehicles entering from Neelambur can use the same route.
  • Buses and heavy vehicles leaving via Avinashi Road should make a U-turn at Lakshmi Mills Junction and travel via Puliyakulam, Ramanathapuram and Singanallur to Neelambur Bypass. Light vehicles can use Masakkalipalayam Road to Singanallur. Vehicles from Hope College should turn at Tidel Park Junction and use Kamarajar Road to reach Singanallur.
  • Heavy vehicles travelling from Kalapatti Junction towards Sitra and Avinashi Road can use Thennampalayam. Those from Goldwins towards Avinashi Road should turn right at Maruthi Bakery Junction on Housing Unit Road and take Vilankurichi Road towards Kalapatti Junction.
  • Airport passengers should arrive 30 minutes before departure. Taxis and other vehicles cannot park inside the airport on September 30.
  • Heavy vehicles are completely barred from entering the city from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
