Telangana High Court declined to stay government auction of lands in Raidurgam, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district. Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar noted it would be inappropriate to stall the auction without absolute clarity on the dispute, particularly with no pending Land Reforms Tribunal (LRT) inquiry.

Writ petition filed by Ramadevi and others alleged state officials interfered with their physical possession of 11.12 acres in Survey Numbers 83/1 and 83/Part, Raidurgam. Petitioners claimed authorities used bulldozers to erase boundary markers and sought halt to e-auctions scheduled for August 21 and 28.

State government and Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) opposed the plea. Senior Counsel S. Niranjan Reddy and AAG Tera Rajanikanth Reddy submitted Supreme Court previously clarified complex disputes regarding title and possession over 53-acre parcel in Survey Number 83 cannot be adjudicated through writ proceedings. They asserted lands being auctioned are government properties entirely free of disputes; determining whether petitioners' claimed 11 acres fall within disputed 53 acres or clear government land requires geographical survey and evidentiary proof. They urged petitioners to approach civil court.

Petitioners' Senior Counsel J. Ramachandra Rao argued apex court had not invalidated their sale deeds and following Supreme Court verdict on May 7 (previous year), matter reverted to LRT's jurisdiction for re-examination of title claims and land nature. He requested auction stay for at least one week, citing no bids received yet.

Bench questioned why petitioners had not filed rehearing application before LRT following Supreme Court judgment. Observing no evidence of pending proceedings, issued notices, or review processes initiated before tribunal, Judge refused to halt auction. Court directed respondent authorities to file detailed counter-affidavit regarding dispute and adjourned hearing to August 27.

Less than three effective lanes operating with heavy traffic causing 2-3 signal cycles to cross junction.

Completion plans: Corridor will provide 150-ft-wide road including flyover and service roads between Nanakramguda and Shaikpet. Shaikpet-Gachibowli stretch expanding to 215 ft with underpass and service roads.

TGIIC proposing auction of 17 land parcels totalling more than 66 acres: 13 parcels in Osman Nagar (largest 17.35 acres) and 4 in Raidurg (largest 11 acres). Two small Raidurg parcels of 0.47 and 0.50 acres.

• Osman Nagar: ₹18.7 crore to ₹25 crore per acre
