The best part is that Knowledge Park 3 is a very prime location with direct access from Noida Greater Noida Expressway and only 2 km approx from Yamuna Expressway starting point. One of the best location to invest in.

As we believe due to large establishment of college/institution/Hospital/Mall/Expo Mart this is one of the best area to stay in Greater-Noida. Wide roads, excellent town planning, on the bang of Yamuna Expressway and Noida Expressway gives thumbs up to this. The area has excellent connectivity to Noida, Ghaziabad, Agra.

Greater Noida to Acquire T-Series Land for 1.5km Road

Greater Noida plans to acquire four hectares of T-Series land under the urgency clause for a long-delayed road linking LG Chowk and Knowledge Park 3.

The Greater Noida authority will invoke the Land Acquisition Act’s urgency clause to acquire four hectares for a 1.5km road connecting LG Chowk on Kasna Road with Knowledge Park 3. The project, first proposed in 2010, has been delayed for 15 years because T-Series resisted giving up the land. The authority says the road will ease traffic as Noida Airport opens and benefit commuters travelling towards the Yamuna Expressway.

The four hectares are part of 80 hectares T-Series bought from farmers in 1987, before the authority was established in 1992. T-Series is willing to provide the road land but wants the remaining 76 hectares for industrial use; the authority has refused permission for its proposed use. Officials put the land cost at ₹3,100 per square metre and the road budget at ₹31 crore. The authority plans to deposit the land cost with the additional district magistrate’s office and complete the road within two to three months of acquiring the land. Three lanes from Knowledge Park to LG Chowk are already built; the return stretch remains unfinished.

Once completed with planned bridge across Hindon river, commuters will travel between Greater Noida and Noida in five minutes, reducing travel distance by 10km and easing congestion at Pari Chowk.
