Kandivali(west) is a very good locality from commercial as well as residential point of view. My Property is located in prime area of Kandivali(west) , which can be used for dual purpose i.e. for both commercial cum residential purpose.

Kandivali West is a better transport facility & security system is good. Parks, school, hospital and temples all such daily required place near by.

Kandivali West is not a crowded place. Good green locality, good connectivity, Gujarati Jain neighborhood, one you mix they are friendly. Area does not flood during rains. Everything is available with ease.

  • Hindu and Vegeterians families prefererred in society
  • Not very sophisticated class

Kandivili West has become a hot destination in the Western suburbs, due to train convenience (all office goers take Borivili Return Trains), proximity to Link Road, fun loving guju crowd - All major Festivals celebrated with great pomp, D Mart n all major Food Joints setting up their shop here, Biggest Bhaji Market in Mumbai, Poinsur Gymkhana, Mumbai Cricket Assocaition Club, Kamla Vihar Sports Club, Quality Schools, Shopping Malls, etc
