Dadar west is the most suitably located place in Mumbai with train and bus services to any part of Mumbai. Dadar can be said as the heart of Mumbai which keeps Mumbai alive. Lots of garments shops, commercial offices, colleges, schools at walking distance. A truly cosmopolitan area.

Prabhadevi Developer will pay ₹169.51 crore monetary consideration and Standard Industries receives 25,774.61 sq ft of residential RERA carpet area plus 16 car parking spaces in the proposed project. Developer to handover Owner's Area in bare shell form with Occupation Certificate within 48 months from excavation start, subject to 12-month grace period. If delivery delayed beyond 60 months (including grace) due to reasons beyond developer's control, developer liable for ₹60 lakh compensation.
