Sector 51 is a location which is fully of gated colonies, very close to Noida city Centre metro station. Neat & Clean safe and Secure Locality.

Sector 51, Part II is a beautiful safe and secure residential place, which has markets nears by. Also it is a gated residential place with greenery all around. A perfect place to reside in.

Sector 51 is one of the best location of Noida to live. Due to its location this sector attracts every one. Connectivity to metro station , Bus stop, all major banks and ATM in B block market, Park etc. Low rise, High rise, individual houses are there. Highly secured area as Police station on main road and continuous vigilance by police .

Sector 51 is a well developed residential sector with kothis and bunglows. Connectivity is good all round. Temple, school and nursing homes are very close. Shopping malls and market are just 5 minutes drive.

Sector 51 is one of best and posh resedential area of Noida. Centrally located , very close to Noida city centre, Bus Stop , all leading banks and ATM are there. As sector 51 is centrally located every one prefer to be residents of this sector either in Apartment or in Independent Kothis.

NMRC provides parking at 15 stations; all 21 stations, the depot and NMRC offices use solar power.

A proposed 15-km extension from Sector 51 to Knowledge Park V would have nine stations and cost ₹2,602 crore. Its first phase, from Sector 51 to Greater Noida Sector 2, would include Sector 122, Sector 123, Greater Noida Sector 4, Ecotech and Sector 2. The second phase would add Sector 3, Sector 10, Sector 12 and Knowledge Park V.

A DPR for an 11.56-km Sector 142–Botanical Garden extension, with eight stations, has been sent for approval. A proposed corridor would connect Delhi’s Shivaji Stadium with Jewar airport via Pari Chowk.

It is expected to serve more than 5 lakh residents who currently lack metro access.

The ₹1,500-crore project will be jointly funded by the Central Government, Uttar Pradesh Government, and Noida and Greater Noida authorities. NMRC managing director Krishna Karunesh presented the utility plan at a Public Investment Board meeting, a mandatory step before construction approval.

The line will run separately from the RRTS but connect to the proposed Ghaziabad–Jewar Airport RRTS corridor. Residents could reach Jewar Airport by metro to Kisan Chowk and then RRTS. Construction is expected to take about two years after PIB approval, with metro access anticipated in 2028–2029.
