Located in sector - 50, one of the good sectors of Noida. Well planned society. Very good exteriors as well as interiors. Good project for small families looking for luxurious living.

Pros
Luxurious apartment with excellent exteriors and facilities like swimming pool, club etc.
Good construction and good wooden work. Well-constructed bathrooms.
Nice view of the nearby societies, meghdutam park. Has a good playing ground for children as well.

Cons
Has 4 BHK as a penthouse only. So those looking for a 4 BHK apartment will be disappointed.
The building is oval from two corners. So the rooms on that particular corner are oval from one side
An expensive project and as we enter the apartment, we see the kitchen. Some people may not like that.
