Pros
- Good Location. Nearby to the Metro, sector 18 market.
- Well planned construction with a separate entrance of the servant quarter and good storage space.
- Has total of 3 buildings, so not too cluttered. Pricing is ok.
Cons
- Exteriors are not so attractive.
- Construction quality is questionable at places.
