Fort is one of the oldest and one of the most famous areas in Mumbai. The world famous Dalal street housing the Bombay stock exchange is located at Fort. Many shopping avenues like Akbarallys, Globus, Westside are also in this area. It also has Horniman circle which is also a tourist attraction. If one wants to understand Bombay from the start then one has to visit fort area at least once.
