It is walking distance away from VT, Masjid bunder and Marine lines station. Cotton exchange building is also a famous landmark here. There are many restaurants here like Bhagat tarachand, Surti, Adarsh, etc. Metro cinema is also located close by. It is a very good place to cary out business activities.
