Not slowly developing area on the Western
side of the ECR. Less population density.

  • The ECR road is not congested by vehicles. Not much traffic jam.Fast journey.
  • Walkable distance to beach.

Apartments: 3,750–7,000 sq ft, priced ₹6–11 crore. Villas: 9,750–13,500 sq ft, priced ₹18–28 crore.

Key feature: 3.5-acre man-made lagoon and 20,000-sq-ft private beach-style recreational area exclusively for residents (regulations prohibit private ownership of natural beachfront).

Location: Close to beaches, resorts and entertainment on ECR, approximately one kilometre before Sheraton Grand Resort. A SeleQtions hotel by Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) announced as part of larger Republic of Nature development.

Tonino Lamborghini (founded 1981 by son of Ferruccio Lamborghini) will provide brand, design and interior expertise for common areas and club facilities. Could become first Tonino Lamborghini-branded residential address in South India.
