Vasundhra colony is now one of the most sought after location in last few years after the Delhi metro make ways to Vaishali. Unlike other colonies in Ghaziabad, Vasundhra is managed and built by U.P Awas Vikas Parishad, whose built quality and planning is better as compared to others.
This colony has independent villas, flats,societies and Apartments also, which falls in different sectors.
There are total 20 sectors in Vasundhra, which has many reputed schools, hospitals and shopping plazas. Now malls are also coming in near future.

Vasundhara is a township in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. It falls in Delhi National Capital Region.
It was formed by UP Housing and Development Authority in the late 1990s. Today the place is reputed as being the biggest residential cum commercial hub in Delhi NCR,due to its own infrastructure as well as the surrounding places of Kaushambi, Vaishali,Indirapuram and the excellent connectivy to New Delhi and Noida.

Vasundhra is a posh colony of Ghaziabad. Mostly educated people live here. Malls are coming up. Indirapuram locality is nearby. Anand Vihar Railway Station & ISBT is very near to this colony. EDM and Pacific mall and malls in Indrapuram locality are closeby.

Proposed increases by location:

  • Wave City: ₹74,000 to ₹93,000 per sq m
  • Siddharth Vihar: ₹52,000 to ₹68,000 per sq m
  • Crossings Republik: ₹1.13 lakh per sq m
  • Indirapuram land: ₹85,000 to ₹98,000 per sq m
  • Vasundhara: ₹72,000 to ₹83,000 per sq m

Apartments in multi-storied buildings: 10-40% increase depending on location. Average increases: residential 15-20%, commercial 20%, agricultural land 10-15%.

Rates assessed by eight sub-registrars surveying existing and market rates. Intent is to align circle rates with prevailing market rates. Objections from Modinagar and behind Wave City requested rate reductions; city areas requested increases. Farmers of villages (Mathurapur, Shamsher, Champat Nagar, Bhaneda Khurd, Nagla Firoz Mohanpur, Bhovapur, Shahpur Nij Morta, Morta) whose land may be acquired for GDA's proposed Harnandipuram Township (521 hectares) demanded rate hikes. August 8 directive: registration department not to hike agricultural land rates in villages. Finalisation expected within 2-3 days.
