Reviews
The location of Royal Legacy Apartments is good in that its close to the Metro Station but it faces the Prahlad Garhi Village and that is a bit of a problem. The RWA committee of the society has remained largely unchanged for close to 3-4 years now. The lack of involvement from the residents and the insistence of RWA management members to not vacate their seats, has resulted in cases of corruption and no real upkeep of the society. The last whitewash happened more than 5 years ago. Most of the residents are looking to move out into Delhi or NOIDA which further aggravates the problem. There is hardly any greenery inside the small campus and it is now surrounded by buildings on 3 sides and Prahlad Garhi village on the fourth side. Even security guards have not been changed for several years now since they are relatives of RWA members etc. So all in all, a badly managed society which needs more involvement from its residents.
