Power cuts are very very uncommon in this area. You may say that THIS IS A HEAVEN ON THE EARTH after Jammu & Kashmir.

Pros:

All facilities in near by area.
Very good community
Very good safety & security.
Very less power cuts.

Cons:

Things are costlier like vegetables, auto rickshaw etc.
Living in this area is not easy for average household
