One of the older bastions of governmental workers. Kaushambi has been a beacon for the service heads for the past two and a half decades now. Filled to the brim with officers from the various civil services, it has been a safe haven in the midst of the Delhi-UP border hustle.
Located centrally, it is a perfect spot to reach both Delhi on one side and Noida on the other. As such, Kaushambi has developed as a major point of trade.
Most importantly, being a semi-gated area, Kaushambi has a safety quotient well above other areas. This safety applies both to the personal self and to your assets and offices. We have never been subjected to a law and order situation.
Being an old set area, there are no legal issues plaguing the buildings either. It is a perfect place for one to settle with their families or shift their businesses for the long term.
Moreover, every possible shop and amenity is a stone's throw away. From kirana shops to a fancy spencer's. From movie theatres on every gate to the Metro station.

It is a well located area just on the Delhi Ghaziabad border , with Anand vihar , ISBT, Bus stand , Metro & RAILWAY STATION , easily connected , well spread with many malls like PACIFIC, WAVES, EDM, ANGEL etc.
