Sector-31 enjoys one of the cleanest and most peaceful locations in Noida, with large plots on the main road of size 450 sq mtrs and majestically built bungalows. Nearby Metro Stations are Wave City Centre Sector-32 and Golf Course (approx. 10 minutes by walk.) The prestigious Noida Golf Club is a stones throw away. The Logix Mall is next door. Major banks like SBI, Union Bank, HDFC, Allahabad Bank, IndusInd have their branches and ATMs in this sector. Centrally located with easy access and close to main shopping centre Sector-18, this sector has Grocery markets, Mother Dairy, Hardware, Departmental and Pharmaceutical stores and recreational parks in the colony. To live in this colony is a dream come true.
