On one hand, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur are unaffordable for many, Narsingi provides a good option as rates are still 3000-4500 rs per sft depending on one's requirement. 2 BHK, and 3 BHKs are in big demand. Approx distances from main locations are as follows-
