Sector 21 is one of the most lively and vibrant sectors in Nerul. The iconic Rock Garden is located right at the heart of this sector. D-Mart, the local supermarket has become the most popular landmark in the area. The area has some of the best and safest housing societies in Nerul, one of them being Shiv Parvati CHS. It is conveniently situated close to Nerul railway station and has numerous parks & gardens, schools & colleges, hospitals and police station in the vicinity, making it one of the best places to stay for families, working executives and couples

Nerul is very prominent place of Navi Mumbai. connectivity to to and fro is very easily available. Bus , train, highway, upcoming air port, closed to midc area, may be upcoming water ways, so many transport ways are there.
in nerul public attractions like big gardens, play grounds, mandir, parsik hill area, stadium, collages, ponds, are in surroundings. Security in nerul is very good condition due to lot of efforts taken by our police force .
many social organisations are working in nerul for welfare of nerul locals.
overall very well place to stay and do business in nerul.

Nerul is a part of Navi Mumbai and is a well-planned locality. Known for its Sunday market in Sector 1, Nerul is well connected to the rest of the city by road and has a number of railway stations too. Nerul Railway Station is also situated in this locality, making it a hub of activities. One of the major attractions of this locality is that it lies along Palm Beach Road, giving residents a wonderful view of the waterfront. The locality comprises of over fifty sectors and is one of the most populated and largest residential areas of the city.
