Lucknow Municipal Corporation additional municipal commissioner Lalit Kumar said about 15% of sewer, water and drainage lines had been repaired; further work awaits funds. The PWD’s RK Pithoria disputed the need for an NOC and said a joint inspection last year found no pipeline damage, suggesting decades-old sewer lines could be responsible. A Jalkal executive engineer alleged flyover pillars damaged sewer lines. Jal Nigam has submitted a ₹22-crore restoration DPR to the state government for approval.

Khurram Nagar Overbridge to Begin Three-Day Load Testing Friday
