Stamp duty is calculated on whichever is higher: the declared sale price or guidance value. The revision integrated the Telangana Bhu Bharati Act, 2025; in pockets where HMDA e-auction prices exceeded roughly ₹200 crore per acre, guidance values were doubled to curb under-declaration. Kokapet and Narsingi residential guidance values are around ₹27,000 per square yard. Raidurgam’s residential rate rose from about ₹26,700 to ₹48,300, and its commercial rate from ₹44,900 to ₹78,600. Hyderabad Water Supply Disrupted for 36 Hours During Manjeera Repairs

HMWSSB will replace ageing pump-house panels and repair pipelines, disrupting or reducing water supply in parts of Hyderabad from March 7 to 8.

Drinking water supply in parts of Hyderabad will be disrupted for 36 hours during repair and replacement work in the Manjeera Phase-III system. HMWSSB will replace High Tension electrical panels at the Peddapur pump house, which are more than 35 years old, and replace air valves on the 1,600 mm pumping main between Peddapur and Singapur and air vents on the 2,000 mm gravity main between Singapur and Peddapur.

Work runs from 8 am on March 7, 2026, to 8 pm on March 8. Supply to Shaikpet reservoir and areas under Transmission I and II will stop completely. Manikonda, Kokapet, Narsingi and Manchirevula will also have halted supply; Bhojagutta will receive water at low pressure.
