Malvia Nagar is the fastest developing area of Jaipur. Most development including Five Star Hotels and famous Hospitals like Eternal Heart Hospital have come up in and around Jawahar Circle area which is about 2 Km. from Malvia Nagar on the way to the Airport. World Trade Park and Gaurav Towers have also come up in Malvia Nagar.
