Haltu is an extremely peaceful area with serene environment. Fast developing with less rate in comparison to its proximity to the modern amenities. Very safe and secure environment for women and children. Good vegetable and fish markets with less price is a big attraction to the nearby high rise apartment owners who often come here with their expensive sedans for vegetable and live fish markets as they enjoy the respect shown to them due to their social strata.
Now square feet rate is increasing day by day due to sudden urbanisation of this area due to multiple connectivity options available. As a whole, value for money.
