Chenpur lake, Chenpur village, Ranip ward: the Drainage Project Department tender combined garden development and civil works. Neelkanth Landscape Associate was the lowest bidder at ₹14.12 crore. Chairman Kamlesh Patel questioned the combined contract and tender process; the committee returned the proposal.
Chandlodia ward: pothole and damaged storm-water and drainage-line repairs were proposed in Jagatpur, Tragad, Chharodi, Nakoda and other areas. The North-West Zone Engineering Department based its estimate of around ₹1 crore on the 2009-10 Schedule of Rates. Sangam Engineers was the lowest of three contractors, quoting ₹94.51 lakh. The price bid opened in August 2025, but the proposal reached the Standing Committee later. The committee sought explanations for the delay and use of the 16-year-old rates, and returned the proposal. AMC is expected to provide further explanations and documents before both proposals are reconsidered.
