BTM layout(stage 2) is considered as one of the suitable place for office space.

Pros:
  • Near to silk board
  • Near to bannerghatta road (jayadeva )
  • All the facilities are available nearby

BTM Layout is located in South Bangalore. It is the central place leading way to prominent places such as Bannerghatta, Electronic city, HSR Layout, Whitefield, Jigani, Jayanagar etc. There are good primary and high schools, PU Colleges in the vicinity. There are more no. of shopping malls, hospitals, companies in the vicinity.
BMTC Bus convenience is good. This place is good to live and it is good for investing purposes.

Cons:
  • Traffics at peak hours.
  • Lack of public grounds.
