It is cosmopolitan and well spread ahead towards Mira road both parallel to railway line and from Ghodbunder road also.
All the urban utilities are available . Best buses and tmt as well as Mira Bhayander municipal transport services are also available linking to Thane, Borivali, Mira road and further far towards linking all Mumbai suburbs.
Very soon Bhayander is to become terminal for out station train services on the western suburbs.
Any property falling nearer to the railway station at Bhayander east shall be more appreciative and worth investing in as Bhayander west has instead sprawling salt land nearer to the Bhayander railway station. Therefore Bhayander east properties be that commercial or residential nearer to the railway station is worth to be purchased and is today's hot cake and shall ever remain sellers market.
