APPA Junction is the best place. 20 Mins drive to city center and for working place like hitech city, Gachibowli, Financial Dist it is just 10 Mins drive. Airport is 30 kms but 15 mins drive by taking ORR. All the needful things are available like banks, Markets, shops, Schools, Collages, and this place is pollution free zone. The good communities are forming here and have a very good transport facility also. Religiously all kinds of humanity are here.

The Telangana Congress government's Gandhi Sarovar project linked to the Musi Riverfront Development Project has reduced participation in the annual Ganesh laddu prasadam auction at Keerthi Richmond Villas in Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad. The winning bid fell to Rs 1.01 crore this year, down from Rs 2.32 crore last year, less than half the previous amount. The Revenue department called for land acquisition inquiry on 50 villas in Keerthi Richmond Villas in May 2026. About 27 villa owners facing the threat of land acquisition did not participate in the auction this year, representing a significant drop in traditional contributions. Villa owners cited fear and anxiety over losing their properties. Around 60 to 80 owners formed four groups to bid. Initial bid was Rs 48 lakh before one villa owner raised it to Rs 1.01 crore. Proceeds from the auction go to RV Diya Charitable Trust, which supported 750 students and children, 150 patients, 300 people in skill training, and welfare of over 100 animals in the previous year.

At an auction held midnight Tuesday in Keerthi Richmond Villas gated community, Rajendranagar circle, a Ganesh idol fetched Rs 1.01 crore. The Shaktimaan group won the bidding.

Keerthi Richmond Villas auctions are held annually among four community groups. Last year (2025), an idol in the same community fetched a record Rs 2.31 crore.

The auction tradition started in 1994 at Rs 450 and has grown to lakhs over three decades. Last year, Balaji Ganesha idol in Balapoor fetched Rs 35 lakh. In 2024 it was Rs 30.01 lakh.

Attention now focuses on tomorrow's Balapoor auction, where a 21-kg idol will be auctioned, traditionally marking the beginning of city immersions.
