Sector ETA-II is very good from price point of view. It has good wide roads and just 3.5 km from Pari Chowk. Metro station will be just 1.5 km away from this sector, so connectivity wise it is very well placed. Price for an apartment right now is in between 3100 to 3500 per sq.ft. It is a right time to invest in this sector according to me as I have invested in Ansal API which is developing this property beautifully.

Greater Noida now supplies Ganga water to 52 of 58 sectors, with supply reaching 374 MLD against demand of 339 MLD.

Greater Noida authority has expanded Ganga water supply to 52 of 58 sectors; remaining unsupplied sectors are Eta 2, Techzone (Mursafabad), Xu 3, Sector 2, Sector 4, and Sector 16C. Nine sectors including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Eta 1 receive 100% Ganga water. Supply now reaches 67 of 122 villages under authority jurisdiction.

Current supply: 374 MLD (including 100 MLD Ganga water) against demand of 339 MLD. When project reaches full capacity, 210 MLD Ganga water will be supplied. Three underground reservoirs under construction in Greater Noida West and one in main city: Sector 2 (3,600 KL), Sector 3 (3,000 KL), Techzone 4 (3,000 KL), and Eta 2 (1,500 KL).

176-km pipeline network built 2012-2014 from Upper Ganga Canal in Hapur. Project cost ₹848 crore with capacity of 85 cusecs (210 MLD). Inaugurated November 1, 2022 by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Originally conceived 2005. Project aims to serve over one million people across 58 sectors and villages.
