One of the prime location. Posh locality. Nearby Aerocity road which is just 200 m away. All main markets and hospitals are within reach.

Sector 69 is a very good sector of Mohali. There is no flat or society building in this sector. Plot size in this area available 200/250/300/400 and 500 sq yards. Most of the retired senior Army Officers/ IAS officers/ Merchant Navy officers/ Doctor and affluent people have their properties. Large number of NRIs have ingested in this sector. This sector has all basic amenities.

Its a good sector of Mohali near to all main markets and Fortis hospital Mohali.
