Pros:
  • Very small, neat & clean, boundry walled sector.
  • Local shops for daily needs are within 100-200 mts. Mother dairy for Milk/Veg at walkable distance.
  • Car Parking inside house.
Cons:
  • Car thefts in Noida.
  • Lack of public transport, only manual rickshaws are available.
