Pulianthope is an area in the heart of Chennai. Main railway stations like Basin Bridge, Central, Egmore are 0.25, 3, and 3.5 k.m distance respectively. Purasawalkam is only 1 km away which is like a T Nagar shopping center. Good transport, market, schools, temple are located nearby. Marwadies and Jains are accommodation more because Sowcarpet reached its saturation. Marriage halls and corporation offices are in walkable distance. Laborers of all kind available in and around this area.
The Pulianthope High Road consists B&C Mills in one end and Power House in another end due to that labourers and workers are very conveniently settled here. P H road is connecting road to Parries, and Vallalar Nagar to North and Central Chennai. Pattalam Bus stand is connecting Mount Road and South Chennai. Now a days big builders are concentrating Pulianthope for their projects. Arihand Promoters are one among them. Good schools like St Pauls H.S.S, Seventh Day, Douton Convent and Government, Corporation School are located within walkable distances.
