Nearest to ORR,metro rail, Malls, cinema halls, shopping complexes, hospitals, schools, colleges, Engg &medical, dental and pharmacy institutions, nearest to JNTUH. Good transport. Economic rents and living cost. Good facilities

Pragathi Nagar located at Kukatpally in other Words, Kukatpally-JNTU Circle - Pragathi Nagar. From JNTU around 2kms.
Pragathi Nagar is under Grama panchayathi and received "Best Grama Panchayathi in Asia" award 2 times.
Grama Panchayathi and People Trust maintains very well and follow all the rules very strictly. Pragathi Nagar is upcoming area where as in business and as its very near to KPHB Road and New Shopping Malls.
