It has huge connectivity in the future as well because of metro.

Proposed metro station, hub of connectivity from dadri bypass to aligarh including NH 24.
bus stop convenient to take bus, cab, auto etc. banks, hospital shopping complex, are nearby. NH 34 (Dadri ghaziabad road) is now proposed to be wider to 6 lane.

Pros:
  • Connectivity is the best ever.
Cons:
  • Trafic jam occurs at peak hour.

Best location for Godown, 3 KM from heart of city Ghaziabad, Situated in Bulandshar Industrial Area. 24 hours communication. As its situated on NH-24 hence its out of No traffic Zone.

Cons:
  • Slightly lonely in 100meters only.
