Gaurs Group expects gross revenue of ₹3,000 crore from Gaur NYC Residences, its ultra-luxury project in Ghaziabad. The project, along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (National Highway 24) within Wave City, will offer 1,200 units starting at ₹2.5 crore. Construction cost is estimated at ₹1,300 crore, excluding land and other costs. RERA approval has been received and construction has started. The project is in pre-launch and has received expressions of interest from more than 3,000 customers; the company said demand was three times the 1,200-unit supply within hours of RERA approval.
Spanning 11.8 acres, the development will comprise 10 towers of 32 floors each, four-bedroom and four-bedroom-plus-servant configurations, a Madison Square-inspired clubhouse and a 118-metre swimming pool. The company describes it as Ghaziabad’s first ultra-luxury residential project and its third such project.
