The estimated value is ₹1,63,329 (₹0.0163 crore), with a tender fee of ₹236 and an earnest money deposit of ₹1,700. The percentage-based contract is to be completed within 90 days of commencement. Kalpataru Parkcity is a 100+ acre integrated township on Kolshet Road in Thane, home to over 1,700 families. The 20-acre NaMo Grand Central Park at its center features 3,500 trees, walking circuits, and recreational spaces. Five residential clusters—Sunrise, Immensa, Eternia, Primera, and Estella—each have individual amenities. Over 10 km of internal pathways connect homes to parks and retail areas. The township includes multiple pools, 50+ sit-out zones, and six-tier security. Over 50 retail brands are planned or operational including grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés, and fitness centers. A school within the township is planned. Thane's infrastructure developments include Metro Lines 4 and 5, Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel, Thane–NMIA Elevated Road, and proposed Thane Ring Metro. Kalpataru Parkcity is positioned near planned metro stations and tunnel routes. Kolshet corridor is emerging as a new urban center called "New Thane." The developer Kalpataru has 25+ years presence in Thane with landmark developments including Korum Mall, Siddhachal, and Kalpataru Hills. Over 1,100 possessions have been delivered at Immensa. The Parkcity Home Fest offers a 10:90 payment plan requiring 10% upfront with balance payable closer to possession.

Puravankara extended Rs 50 crore corporate guarantee to SBM Bank (India) on behalf of wholly owned subsidiary Starworth Infrastructure & Construction for purchase of construction equipment and materials. The guarantee is a contingent liability with no current financial impact on standalone entity.

Another wholly owned arm, Purva Oak Private, received registration approval from Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority for Tower D at residential project Purva Panorama, located in Kolshet, Thane. MahaRERA registration number: PR1333032502912. Tower D is part of ongoing development at the project.

• The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) plans a 2.2-km, six-lane bridge across Vasai Creek linking Kolshet in Thane with Kalher in Bhiwandi. Estimated at ₹430 crore, it is expected to reduce travel time from about 45 minutes to 5–7 minutes. Tenders were issued on Thursday, and construction is expected to take three years.
• The bridge is intended to improve connectivity to industrial Bhiwandi, which is set to have a station on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad bullet train corridor. The powerloom and logistics hub has seen increased traffic towards Thane and Mumbai. The current route between Kolshet and Kalher detours via Balkum Naka and the old Kasheli bridge.
• Deputy chief minister and Thane guardian minister Eknath Shinde is pushing the project. MMRDA has also proposed a Bhiwandi Notified Surrounding Area, including a textile-cum-industrial park and a multi-modal corridor, and identified creek-crossing infrastructure as a priority.
