Hosa Road is a very ideal location in Bangalore and all major IT Parks, hospitals and schools are available already. It has connectivity wise the PR is under construction and also metro station will be the next upcoming.

Hosa Road area is a very fast developing area, well connected by local buses to all parts of Bengalore. Malls and many reputed schools are nearby and nice location for who prefer peaceful area after work.

Pros:
  • ATMs and Good Malls like Reliance Fresh, Super Market are closeby.

  • Not very busy area.

Hosa Road is the link road between Hosur and Sarjapur Road. Many apartments and complexes are begin coming up. It is about 2 km to Electronics city.

Hosa Road is near to Karthik enclave which is 700 m from main road. With a good proximity to Bannerghatta road and Sarjapur road.

Hosa Road offers good connectivity for business people, ie, people who travel daily from Sarjapur road to Electronic city. So this is a short cut route either way. Apart from that it is an upcoming area with lots of houses and commercial establishments.

  • The locality is adjacent to HSR Layout extension and just a walkable distance to Harlur
  • Well connected
  • Upcoming area
Cons:
  • Not much of commercial shop facilities available such as gas agency, electrical service shops etc.
