Haryana industries and commerce minister Rao Narbir Singh inaugurated a newly constructed 24-metre sector road connecting Sector 49 with Golf Course Extension Road at Godrej Aristocrat. Constructed by Godrej Properties, the road benefits nearly 30,000 residents and schoolchildren. Singh stated the Haryana government will soon formulate a policy on 24-metre roads in urban areas to improve connectivity and resolve related issues. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini held several meetings on the 24-metre roads policy. During the event, Singh held a public grievance hearing at Uniworld Garden-2 in Sector 47, addressing residents' concerns on environmental protection, single-use plastic avoidance, and tree planting. Singh noted Badshahpur assembly constituency is one of the largest in the state, spread across two municipal corporation jurisdictions with rapid development. Development works are planned considering future requirements, with existing issues being addressed in a time-bound manner and deficiencies rectified.

Golf Course Extension Road has become a preferred destination for high-end residential development. The area is supported by improved connectivity, infrastructure and availability of larger land parcels. ₹35,000 crore is being invested in luxury housing in the area as Gurugram's real estate market surges.
