The area has only two small dewatering pumps despite repeated demands from Industrial Business Association (IBA) for high-capacity pumps. Drains are blocked, with the drain towards police lines overflowing and causing knee-deep water accumulation. The situation in Udyog Kendra-2 is particularly severe.
