Its has good roads & connectivity is also good.All the leading banks & ATM s are available near by.Lots of good nursing homes & Day care center is also available.Close to Start road...Pune Bangalore Highway.

  • Water is limited in some parts
  • Parking for cars is not allowed

Dhankawadi is a place where all the people belonging to Satara, Karad and Kolhapur want to live as it closer to Pune Banglore highway. Also it is closer to one of the best colleges in Pune, that is Bharati Vidhyapith. Market, hospitals, are closer. Other way it is closer to education hub. Closer to IT park, closer to Katraj bus stand and most importantly a good pollution free environment and pure air.

  • Good for education
  • Good for IT employees
  • Good for health
  • Well connected
Cons:
  • Away from airport

Good area for family close to lot of Schools, Collages,Hotels, Banks, Market, K K Market, D mart, Patrol Pump. and most important is Crida sunkul For Swimming poll, Gem.

Pros:
  • Sneck park at Katraj
  • Laser show at katraj
Cons:
  • NO Big Garden for play area
  • in some area water in Time limit
