Ashiana Nagar is after the broadening of Ashiyana _ Digha Road the locality developed a lot. Almost all the public sector banks have got their branches here. St Mary School cum Church & Scholar Abode, CBSE affiliated +2 school is very near to the property to be rented out. Also It is situated in a well developed colony with Street light & other amenities of Patna Municipal Corporation.

Pros:
  • Very peaceful & developed residential Colony.
  • Concrete approach Road
Cons:
  • Ashiyan Digha Road is now a days very busy from the traffic point of view.
