Pros:
  • Good part is its only 1 year old apartment
  • very spacious with good amenities like gym, pool and jogging area
  • beautiful temple

  • slightly inside ie 200mts from the main road

VIP Road area is going to be a modern & very green city, After the declaration of cargo hub by central govt. the land use will be change .Every new projects are under construction like new board gauge rail line, modern bus stop, cricket stadium etc. The new six lane airport is well connected with old & new city.

Pros:
  • Very open & beautiful place
  • Well connected with air rail & bus transport.
  • Going to a big business hub in next 3 yrs.
Cons:
  • It required more plantation because of new developments they cut forest.
  • Immediate need to save old tanks & water bodies which are already in surrounding areas
  • Govt has to take care of solar energy & resource to store ground water

VIP road is one of the best location out there in Raipur.
Farm house, Hotels, Guest House and Airport related activities are best suited out here.

  • Ambience
  • Cleanliness and Rich Class activities
Cons:
  • Less Residents
  • Not Safe in Evenings
  • Narrow Roads
