Very Near to UP Gate. Sarai Kale Khan just 10-12 min drive. CP just 20 min drive. Anand Vihar ISBT and Railway station less than 2 Kms. Metro station less than 1.5 kms. Hospital, schools, markets, malls, bank ATMs, gyms all walking distance. Ganga water and png connection available. Closest to Hindon elevated road and Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Fire station and police station in sector-1 Vaishali.

very good location to stay if work location is in east Delhi to CP also in sahibabad industrial area , Noida sec 62 etc.
good metro connectivity , better here to stay then in indrapuram as very close to delhi and no trafiic jams to go further in ghaziabad to reach indrapuram etc .
very close to anand vihar bus and rail terminal
