Hospital, schools, markets, malls, bank ATMs, gyms all walking distance. Ganga water and png connection available. Closest to Hindon elevated road and Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Fire station and police station in sector-1 Vaishali.

very good location to stay if work location is in east Delhi to CP also in sahibabad industrial area , Noida sec 62 etc.
good metro connectivity , better here to stay then in indrapuram as very close to delhi and no trafiic jams to go further in ghaziabad to reach indrapuram etc .
very close to anand vihar bus and rail terminal

Pros
  • low rent , cost of property
  • ample water supply
  • well develop locality, malls , hospitals like pushpanjali , markets, metro connectivity
Cons
  • electricity cuts
  • ghaziabad area so law and order might be an issue , also govt agencies are not prmpt
