UP-RERA lists multiple registered residential projects in Sector 150, including Prateek Canary and Mahagun Meadows. The 600-acre planned area earmarked about 80% for greenery and recreation, including a proposed 42-acre park and Sports City components.

A proposed Yamuna Pushta corridor was earlier planned as a roughly 32-km route from the Delhi border near Kalindi Kunj towards Sector 150, connecting to the Yamuna Expressway. Authorities are still examining it, with alignment and implementation details evolving.
