Rajender park is growing area which is situated near Railway station. It is hardly 1 KM away from Dwarka express and upcoming metro project. All banks ATMs are there. Local market is very good and cheap too.

Rajendra Park does not fall under MCG, if any dealer or Broker is claiming this is approved area. I am not advising that buying a property in the area is not safe but to safeguard you from being charged as per approved colony rates , I have a copy of letter from MCG stating there is no such area names Rajendra Park under MCG, so make sure the property that you are buying has been checked thoroughly by a competent lawyer and ask him to run a title search.
