The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) plans a 36-kilometre elevated road along the Dravyavati River, connecting areas toward Sanganer, Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar. A tender is expected for a Detailed Project Report (DPR), estimated to cost ₹5 crore. The DPR will assess feasibility, design, technical requirements, alignment, construction cost and timeline. Officials plan to build the corridor in phases, testing traffic benefits and feasibility before expanding.

The design must clear the existing Ajmer Road elevated road, which is 7.5 metres above ground; the new road may need to sit 6–7 metres higher, at 13.5–14.5 metres total. Near Atish Market, the metro is 50 feet (15.2 metres) above the main road. Planners anticipate five to six entry and exit connections, but limited space may require land acquisition or intersection redesign. Acharya Tulsi Bridge near the Sushilpura culvert, high-tension lines in Mansarovar and the proposed Jaipur Metro Phase 2 corridor near Bambala Pulia on Tonk Road also require coordination. JDA officials say both projects will be designed together.

Maintenance of the 132 KV grid station at Balawala pumping station is scheduled for December 22, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Walled City supply is expected to remain normal. The department urged residents to store water. The state has approved an additional Bisalpur-to-Balawala pipeline; leakages and technical work have repeatedly disrupted supply this year.

Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has constructed 224 units at the Pratap Nagar Coaching Hub. Of these, 14 possessions have been handed over. The remaining 210 units are available for sale. Proprietors of coaching institutes remain reluctant to acquire the properties.

Jaipur Development Authority’s land and property disposal committee approved allocations for an Armed Forces Museum, veterinary hospital, stadium and waste facilities.

• Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, near Jawahar Circle: 1,498.07 sq. metres allocated free of charge to the Department of Sainik Welfare for an Armed Forces Museum, under the 2024-25 budget announcement.
• Pratap Nagar Extension Plan: 991.66 sq. metres from the facility area of Shri Chhatrapati Housing Cooperative Society allocated free of charge for a Government Veterinary Hospital.
• Lohamandi scheme, Macheda village: 1,000 sq. metres each allocated for two 33/11 KV electrical substations.
• Lal Doongri, off Delhi Bypass: 2,638.53 sq. metres allocated for a waste transfer station.
