Booming industy for commertial and residential purpose

This area is a booming area with good roads and easy access. More over colonies like Freedom fighter was a recently regularised colony. It was developed by a very reputed person and he did a great job in planning. Water lines from Ganga water are here. Roads are broad and safe and green community.
Neb Sarai was an industrial area, but due to closing of industry, a lot of development work is going on for making it residential. So prices are cheap now due to good availability. A very good future for the investment.
