Mohan Garden is a very good location. It is near to transport, schools, markets and hospitals. It is well connectivity to bus, metro Dwarka Mor kilometers from the New Delhi Railway Station and thirteen kilometers from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Dwarka Mor metro station is connected by the Delhi Metro to Connaught Place, making it easy for commuters to reach

It's a good locality with almost all basic amenities available except sewerage line which is currently being laid (nearly 70 % completed). Distance only about 1-1.5 km. from Metro line (Blue line-Dwarka Mor Metro Station.) Mohan garden is very well connected to the main Najafgarh Road. Private transportation are easily available (shared cabs, rickshaws etc.) even quite late at night. It has very reasonable land prices- in fact cheap in comparison to nearby localities.
